The Association of College and University Facilities Professionals will refund registration fees for the 2012 TCUF Conference within the following criteria:
- A full refund may be obtained if cancellation is made, in writing, by March 31, 2012
- A 50% refund may be obtained if cancellation is made, in writing, by May, 31, 2012
- No refunds will be made after May 31, 2012
Sponsor fees are non-refundable. Should a prospective sponsor make a 50% down payment and fail to produce the remaining 50% by the sponsorship deadline they will be listed in the program and conference materials at the level for which the 50% represents. If the down payment does not meet the dollar amount listed for the minimum sponsorship level then no mention in printed materials or organized activities will be made.
